東京奇譚集は、東京や各地に潜む奇妙な物語を集め、映画として制作・発表するクリエイティブ・プラットフォームです。

映画監督、脚本家、俳優、プロデューサー、デザイナーなど、異なる領域のクリエイターが集まり、土地、季節、噂、記憶、都市の違和感を起点に、新たな物語を生み出します。

単に完成した映画を公開するだけではなく、企画、脚本開発、ロケハン、撮影、PR、上映イベントまでを参加者同士で設計し、作品が生まれていく過程そのものを文化として発信する。また、舞台となる場所に文化的意義を紐解くことを重視しています。

商業映画の枠組みだけでは拾いきれない、小さく、奇妙で、個人的な物語を継続的に生み出し、作り手と観客が出会う新しい場所をつくること。

Tokyo Kitan Collective is a creative platform that discovers strange stories hidden in Tokyo and beyond, and brings them to life as films.

Filmmakers, writers, actors, producers, designers, and creators from different fields come together to develop new stories inspired by places, seasons, rumors, memories, and subtle disruptions in everyday life.

Rather than focusing only on finished films, the collective values the entire creative process, from concept development and scriptwriting to location scouting, production, promotion, and screening events. We see the making of each project as a cultural activity in itself.

Our aim is to create a new space where small, strange, and deeply personal stories, often overlooked by conventional commercial cinema, can continue to emerge, and where filmmakers and audiences can meet.
